Why don't I have any tickets displayed on the Tickets page?
Tickets will only display on the Tickets page if your Ticketmaster Account Manager is linked and you have tickets available in your Ticketmaster account. If both of these are true but the Tickets page isn't showing any tickets, try the following:
- Re-sync your account using the button in the upper right corner of the web browser.
- Double check that you haven't changed your Ticketmaster Account Manager password and didn't update in FlipSeats as well. Go to Settings > Ticket Accounts > Click "Edit" on your team's card to update the password.
- Delete the linked account and re-link it. Go to Settings > Ticket Accounts > Click "Remove" on your team's card. Then click the "Link Account" button to go through the steps of linking your account.
- Occasionally, we’ve seen cases where Ticketmaster accounts need to be “primed” to sell. This often happens to new Ticketmaster accounts or to individuals who haven’t sold tickets in a long time. If the above troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, follow the simple steps outlined here to prime your account.
