What happens if the event has already happened and my tickets didn’t sell?

FlipSeats helps increase the likelihood of ticket sales by broadcasting listings to all major marketplaces. But, there are many reasons why tickets may not sell before event start time, including (but not limited to):

• Pricing
• Availability of tickets
• Section, Row, and Seat
• Day and time of the event
• Weather conditions
• Player injury or lineup
• Team matchups

Most listings on FlipSeats automatically expire a minimum of 3 hours before the event start time (unless you've activated Pro Pricing). At the time of expiration, tickets are transferred back to your Ticketmaster Account Manager, and you will need to accept that transfer to reclaim ownership of your tickets.
