How does Pro Pricing work?

Pro Pricing is a feature in FlipSeats that helps keep your ticket prices competitive—without requiring you to constantly log in, research the market, and make updates yourself.

While it may appear as automatic pricing, every adjustment is actually handled by our dedicated pricing team. Their full-time focus is monitoring the market and pricing tickets to maximize your chances of selling.

Our team brings over 30 years of combined experience working with hundreds of teams, venues, and artists. While they are experts at what they do, they do not control market demand and cannot guarantee a sale. They will always aim to sell your tickets at the best possible price based on real-time conditions.

Keep in mind that prices can fluctuate—especially as the event approaches. In some cases, this may mean your tickets are priced below face value in order to stay competitive and increase the likelihood of selling.

How to use Pro Pricing

To enable Pro Pricing, simply toggle it on from the listing screen (located below the list price field).  The list price field will disappear and our team will set your starting price based on current market comparisons before distributing the listing to marketplace.

If you prefer, you can set a minimum price to ensure your tickets are not listed below your comfort level.

What happens after it’s enabled?

Once Pro Pricing is active, our team will continuously monitor and adjust your ticket prices up until the event starts to maximize exposure and sale potential.

Unlike manually priced tickets, listings using Pro Pricing will not automatically expire.

Can I edit a Pro Pricing listing?

Prices are not editable when Pro Pricing is on. If you'd like to change the price, you may turn off Pro Pricing and set a new price.

Can I cancel a Pro Pricing listing?

You can cancel a listing on Pro Pricing at any time. However, we recommend doing so at least a few hours in advance of the game to allow time for the tickets to transfer back to your account.

In the rare case of a delay, you can contact our support team and we can manually override the integration to ensure your tickets are returned as quickly as possible.
