How does Pro Pricing work?

Pro Pricing is a feature in FlipSeats that allows users to remain competitive with ticket prices without having to continually log in, research, and reprice. To the user, it may appear as automatic pricing updates, though the actions behind Pro Pricing are performed by a specialized team of individuals. It is their sole job to know the market and to price tickets competitively to sell. 

Combined, our pricing team has over 20 years of experience supporting hundreds of teams, venues, and artists with their ticketing goals and strategies. Our team is amazing at what they do, but they do not control the market and cannot guarantee tickets will sell. We will do everything we can to get your tickets sold at the best price possible. Please note, however, that this may mean your tickets sell for less than face value—especially as the game gets close and ticket prices naturally start to drop. 

To use Pro Pricing, simply toggle on Pro Pricing from the listing screen, under the list price. You can cancel your tickets on Pro Pricing at any time, up until 3 hours before the start of your event. After this time, they will be unavailable to use or cancel. Our team will continue to monitor and reprice your tickets right up until game time.

Important: Even when using Pro Pricing, you must first enter a list price. Tickets cannot be listed without a price. Be sure to enter a price you'd be comfortable with your tickets selling for. Our team will use this as a starting point and will evaluate and adjust the list price as needed from there.
