Why are some of my events missing?

The events you see in your Ticketmaster Account manager should display in FlipSeats. However, there are some exceptions:

  • TBD games, such as tournaments, may not display until later in the season
  • Games where you have already sold or transferred all of the tickets
  • Brand new events, such as when a season schedule is first announced, may not show up automatically. If this is the case, please contact support.

In some cases, the event may display within FlipSeats, but some or all of your tickets may be unavailable for listing. Learn more about unavailable tickets.

If you have events or tickets that are not showing up in FlipSeats that you’d like to sell, please contact support at help@flipseats.com.
