Why do my tickets show as unavailable?

There are several reasons your tickets may show as being unavailable. This is usually a case of your tickets being unavailable within your Ticketmaster Account Manager, and thus, unable to be transferred and listed through FlipSeats. Below is a list of common reasons and how to troubleshoot.

  • Your tickets are already listed for sale on another resale site. If you’d like to list through FlipSeats, please remove your listing from other marketplaces and try listing again. You may need to resync your account in FlipSeats for your tickets to show as available.
  • Your tickets have already been transferred to someone else and are no longer in your Ticketmaster Account Manager, thus, are unable to be sold through FlipSeats.
  • Your tickets were recently delisted from FlipSeats and have not been accepted back into your Ticketmaster Account Manager. Please login to your Ticketmaster account to reaccept your tickets, then try listing again. You may need to resync your account in FlipSeats before your tickets show as available again.
  • Your tickets are for an event that has already occurred. You can’t create or edit listings for past events.
  • Your tickets are for an event that starts in less than 12 hours. Listings through FlipSeats must be created at least 12 hours before the start of a game.
  • Your tickets are for ADA seating. In this scenario, your tickets may actually appear available to list. Unfortunately, our contracts with marketplaces do not permit us to sell ADA seating at this time.
  • Your tickets may not be fully paid for yet. Only paid-in-full tickets can be listed.
  • Your tickets are for an event that is not yet supported by FlipSeats. Please contact support so we can get it added to our system.
  • Your tickets may be unavailable for an unknown reason. Please contact support so we can help investigate this further.
