Why can’t I sell my tickets less than 3 hours before an event?

By default, the expiration is set to 3 hours before the event start time, which is the minimum allowed within FlipSeats. This expiration window is to reduce friction and ensure tickets can be transferred successfully to buyers before the start of the event. 

If another time wasn’t selected when you listed your tickets, FlipSeats will automatically cancel your listing 3 hours before the start of the event. Tickets previously listed will be transferred back to your Ticketmaster Account Manager and will need to be accepted for you to use or transfer them.

Note: If you are confident you will not use the tickets and would like to have them listed for sale right up until the start of the game, consider turning on Pro Pricing. Our team will monitor and reprice your tickets as needed as the event nears. However, you will not be able to turn off Pro Pricing or get your tickets back within this 3-hour window.
