Why can't I see my tickets after linking my Ticketmaster Account Manager?

If you've connected your Ticketmaster Account Manager but are unable to see your tickets in FlipSeats, please try the following:

  • On the Tickets page, click Sync Accounts in the upper right corner.
  • Verify that the login credentials you entered for your Ticketmaster Account Manager are correct. Note that some season ticket holder accounts may be associated with more than one email. If this applies to you, ensure you are linking using the primary email associated with your account. 
  • Unlink and then re-link your Account Manager.
  • If you've recently purchased tickets, it may take time for them to appear in your account. Wait 30 minutes and try again.
  • Verify if your tickets can be re-sold and transferred from your Ticketmaster Account Manager. If the transfer and sell options are not available in Ticketmaster, you will not be able to list through FlipSeats.
  • Occasionally, we’ve seen cases where Ticketmaster accounts need to be “primed” to sell. This often happens to new Ticketmaster accounts or to individuals who haven’t sold tickets in a long time. If the above troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, follow the simple steps outlined here to prime your account.
