How do I find my tickets on Vivid Seats?

Can't find your tickets on Vivid Seats? Follow these directions:

1. Search for your event and set the ticket quantity in the filters.
2. Hover over the price filter and uncheck “Show prices with estimated fees” to view base list prices.
3. Click your section on the venue map. Vivid doesn't show seat numbers, so you’ll need to search for your listing by row, quantity, and price.
4. If many listings appear, sort by row or price to narrow results.

Note: Vivid Seats typically displays only the 2–3 best-priced listings per row, even if more seats are available. Once those tickets sell, your listing may appear next, since the platform continues to rotate just a few seats per row at a time.
