How do I find my tickets on Gametime?

Can't find your tickets on Gametime? Follow these directions:

1. Search for the event.
2. In the filters above the list view, set the exact quantity and toggle the “Includes Fees” button off so you see base list prices.
3. Zoom in on the map and click your section to view available tickets.
4. To see seat numbers, find your row and click a price on the map. The detail view will show seat numbers.

Note: Gametime’s algorithm limits how many listings appear in each section, usually highlighting only the lowest priced tickets. This can make it seem like Gametime has better deals for buyers, even though higher-priced listings exist, but aren’t displayed.

If your tickets don’t show on Gametime, you could lower your price to surface them there. However, we generally recommend holding your list price — your tickets will appear on Gametime once lower-priced ones sell, and in the meantime, they may sell on other marketplaces at your preferred list price.
