How do I find my tickets on StubHub?

Can't find your tickets on StubHub? Follow these directions:

1. Search the event and set the exact ticket quantity from your listing.
2. In filters, turn off “Recommended tickets” (StubHub defaults this on).
3. Use the map to select your section.Then scan the list of tickets to find a matching row and quantity.

Important: StubHub shows all-in prices and does not have an option to turn it off. To see the base list price, you can proceed toward checkout where fees are broken out.

Do not click “Start” on the checkout prompt — doing so places the tickets on temporary hold for 10 minutes and will make them unavailable to others while held. You can view the price breakdown behind the “Start” prompt as seen here:
