Why are my tickets still pending?

Your tickets will show as pending for a short while after completing your listing. This is because our team reviews every listing to ensure there are no errors or missing information before distributing it to the marketplaces. This is usually a quick process, but depending on the time of day you list (i.e. overnight), there may be a longer delay due to lower staffing. When your listing becomes active, you will receive an email confirmation.
Note: Until you receive this email and your listing goes from pending to active, you will not be able to find your tickets on marketplaces. 
While a listing is in pending status, you can cancel the listing if needed. However, you cannot edit a pending listing until it becomes active. 
If your listing has been pending for more than 12 hours, please contact support at help@flipseats.com.
