What are ticket features?

Ticket features are divided into attributes and disclosures. A drop-down menu of ticket attributes and disclosures can be found in the ticket listing workflow directly below the pricing details.

Attributes are features or add-ons that you may want to highlight to help market the value of your ticket for buyers. Examples may include club seats, unlimited food and beverage, or a desirable location. It is not necessary to add attributes, but may be helpful when selling your tickets. Learn more about attributes.

Disclosures are features that must be noted for buyers. Not all tickets have disclosures, but if they do, they must be added. Neglecting to assign a disclosure at the time of listing may result in your removal from FlipSeats. Examples may include obstructed views, 21+ sections, and standing room only. Note: Per our contracts with marketplaces, FlipSeats cannot currently support ADA/Wheelchair accessible tickets.
