What notifications are sent via SMS?

SMS notifications provide more immediate alerts of ticket activity or actions needed. It does not replace email notifications, but rather, is an additional layer to help keep you informed. 

You can expect the following types of messages when opting in to SMS notifications:

  • Listing Expiration Reminder - Sent a day before your tickets are set to expire so you can consider repricing your tickets
  • Listing Expired - Sent if your tickets have expired, reminding you to re-accept your tickets back into your Ticketmaster account
  • Sale Notification - Find out when your tickets have sold
  • Payment Issued - Find out when an ACH payment for ticket sales has been initiated
  • Connection Reminder - If you haven’t yet connected your Ticketmaster account or it needs to be reconnected
