How do I get my tickets back?
When you list your tickets for sale through FlipSeats, they are transferred to FlipSeats for consignment. Transferring your tickets allows us to facilitate the transfer to the buyer and remove the listing from other marketplaces. In your Ticketmaster account you will see that FlipSeats has "claimed" the tickets that you have listed.
Note: Even though you can see the details of all your tickets on the Tickets page, FlipSeats does not have access to any of your tickets until you confirm a listing. You can learn more about this here.
As long as your tickets haven’t sold yet, you may cancel your ticket listing at any time.* Click into the listed event and click Cancel Listing from within the ticket details screen.
When you cancel your listing, your tickets will be transferred from FlipSeats back to your Ticketmaster account.
Important: You must log in to Ticketmaster and accept the ticket transfer back into your Ticketmaster account. You will not be able to use, transfer, or sell your tickets elsewhere until you have accepted them.
