Why can't I find my team account to link?

While many teams have their own Ticketmaster Account Manager, some teams’ tickets are managed through other entities or the venue. The account you link in FlipSeats must match the Ticketmaster Account Manager you use to manage your season tickets. You can find this by looking at the URL path of the account you normally log into when managing your tickets. 

For example, Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche are managed by Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. The Ticketmaster Account Manager URL for Kroenke is https://am.ticketmaster.com/kse/ (here, the URL path is kse). Similarly, the Boston Bruins Account Manager can be found under their venue, TD Garden, which is https://am.ticketmaster.com/tdgarden/ (URL path is tdgarden).

Only Ticketmaster Account Manager teams are available for listing through FlipSeats. If you are having problems finding your team’s account to link, first try searching by the URL path, rather than your team’s name. If you are still having problems, please contact support at help@flipseats.com.
