How do I connect my bank account?

All ticket sales are paid via ACH transfers (direct deposit to your bank account). FlipSeats uses Plaid, a trusted banking platform to securely share your banking information with our 3rd party payment processor.

To connect your bank account, navigate to Settings and click on the “Payment Settings” tab. Click on the “Link Bank Account” button to launch the integration to Plaid. Follow their instructions to complete the banking connection. 

Note: For your safety and security, FlipSeats does not have access or visibility into any personal or financial information you enter in Plaid.
