Why am I not able to create an account?

To create a FlipSeats account, you have to meet the requirements of registration. If you’re having trouble creating an account, reference the error message shown on the registration screen for tips on what’s missing. Common reasons include:

  • Password doesn’t meet our password criteria (must be 12 characters or longer and have at least three of the following types of characters: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g. !@#$^&*)).
  • Email address and/or phone number are already associated with an existing FlipSeats account. We only allow one account per email address and phone number on FlipSeats, so it may be that you’ve already created an account and need to login.
