What if I don't know the password to my ticketing account?

To view, list, and sell tickets on FlipSeats, you must link your primary ticketing account (Ticketmaster Account Manager) to your FlipSeats account using the email address and password you use to access your tickets on Ticketmaster.

If you’ve forgotten your Ticketmaster password, navigate to your Ticketmaster account and follow their password reset instructions. Be sure to note your password so you can enter it into FlipSeats when linking your ticketing account. 

As a reminder, when you link your ticketing account, all tickets will remain in your Ticketmaster account until you choose to list them, at which point they will be transferred to FlipSeats for distribution across marketplaces.
