If I don’t see my tickets on marketplaces, does that mean that they were sold even if I didn’t get a sale notification?
When your tickets sell through FlipSeats, you will get a notification via email (and mobile notification, if you’re using our iOS app and have enabled notifications). If you do not receive a notification, your tickets have not yet sold. You can confirm this by logging into FlipSeats and looking the status of your tickets.
There are a couple of reasons why you may not see your listed tickets on marketplaces.
- You recently made the listing. It can take a few minutes for tickets to show up on different marketplaces.
- The marketplace may have limited the view of your tickets. While we broadcast listings to all major marketplaces, we cannot control how they display (or choose not to display) them. Each marketplace uses proprietary listing algorithms to display their ticket inventory. They may choose to hide certain tickets (e.g. if the price is too high) or show them further down in the list of results.
