Why can't I see my tickets listed on marketplaces?

If you've just listed your tickets, wait a few minutes before checking marketplaces as it may take a few minutes for tickets to appear.

If it's been a while since listing, there is a possibility your tickets may be hidden by the marketplace. While FlipSeats distributes your tickets to all major marketplaces, we cannot control how marketplaces choose to display their inventory. Each marketplace uses its own listing algorithms to display tickets they think buyers are searching for or are the best deal. As a result, they may hide tickets if the price is too high, or may show your tickets further down in the search results.

Also, it's important to note that ticket prices shown on marketplaces are usually not exactly the same as what you have listed them for in FlipSeats. Because of different pricing algorithms used by marketplaces, your listing may appear for a few dollars more or less than what you set. While this can make it difficult to find your tickets, you can rest assured that whenever your tickets sell, you will be paid based on the FlipSeats list price - not whatever was shown on the marketplace.
