Do I need to update my linked Ticketmaster account in FlipSeats if I changed my Ticketmaster Account Manager password?

If you changed your username or password to your team's Ticketmaster Account Manager, you will need to update your credentials linking to that account in FlipSeats as well. Without a valid Account Manager connection, you will not be able to list tickets for sale.

If you've updated your Ticketmaster Account Manager password in FlipSeats, but it continues to show the previous password, follow these steps:

  1. Sign out of your FlipSeats account
  2. Clear your cache/browsing history/cookies on your browser
  3. (If using Mobile App) Uninstall the FlipSeats App and reinstall the FlipSeats App
  4. Sign back in using your new password
